These are our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchase


We Offer Free UK Mainland P&P on everything. There are addtional charges for items over 2kg being shipped to Highlands and Islands, see Shipping a for full break down of charges.

Get it Faster Postage service is offered on smaller items, which is a (not guaranteed) 1-2 day service. The service is an upgrade from Royal Mail 2nd Class, to either 1st Class or courier service, depending on what we veiw as the best option.


Payment will be taken be either PayPal or SagePay the time of purchase. Alternatively you are welcome to come into our local art shop in Nottingham and purchase with cash.


All prices listed on this site include the current UK rate of VAT. All prices are shown in GBP (£)


It is our policy to guarantee all products sold by us are delivered in good condition and within the manufacturers quality tolerances. If the goods arrive damaged, incorrect or faulty, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.


Returning Goods

If the goods arrive damaged, incorrect or faulty, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. We will organize replacement or refund including cost of delivery.

If you receive an order and decide not to keep it, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods and return goods in their original condition within 14 days for a full refund.

Before returning any goods, please phone us on 0115 9401721 or email to explain the reason for return. We will give you an authorisation number which must be marked on the outside of the package. Please do not return any goods without the authorisation number.

We will also determine the best way to return any goods.

If goods are faulty, or have been sent in error, the cost of returning the item will be refunded. If an item is returned for any other reason, the cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility.

We reserve the right to charge a relisting charge to cover any and all costs to do with items that are returned as a result of a failed delivery, due to delivery addressee not being in to receive goods.

Items that are taken out of orignal packaging will be subject to fee’s or charges if returned for refund.



Liability cannot be accepted for any damage caused by use of materials supplied by us. Compensation for faulty goods will extend only to the value of the goods purchased from us. We cannot be liable for any losses, or for your order not arriving on time, although we will do our utmost to ensure that goods do arrive on time and in good condition at all times.


Losted Items

You must inform us with 21days of purchase that items have not been delivered so we can file claims or track items down. We can not be held liable for any losses after 21days from purchase.


Promotional Code & Discounts

Discounts and promotions can be withdrawn at any time without prior notice, which may result in orders being cancelled. Only one promotional code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.  Offers are one use only per customer. We reserve the right to cancel offers with out notice.


Special Offer & Advertised Prices

We do offer some items on limited time period deals or limited stock levels at special prices. These prices run until we have run out of promotional stock, or offer time has passed for the deal. This does mean that sometimes our adverts / leaflets show deals we can no longer offer.

We attempt to offer the deals for the advertised period but reserve the right to cancel any offer or promotion without notice.

We exclude canvas and easels from discount codes so no extra amounts can be taken off those item.
