Touch Table Sale Agreement and Safety Disclaimer

This document serves as a formal agreement and acknowledgment between the Seller and the Purchaser regarding the sale of the touch table (hereinafter referred to as “the Table”).

1. Kit Form Sale
   The Table is sold strictly as a kit and not as a fully assembled or operational unit. While some components may be physically connected, the Table is not supplied as a ready-to-use or safe-for-use electronic device.

2. Electrical Safety Requirements
   The Purchaser understands and agrees that:

   • The Table must be inspected and wired by a qualified electrician before any attempt to connect it to a mains electrical supply.

   • Under no circumstances should mains voltage be applied to the Table without prior inspection, approval, and setup by a certified electrician.

   • The Table is not intended to be left connected to mains power for prolonged periods of time. Continuous or unsupervised use is strictly discouraged to avoid potential hazards.

3. Purchaser’s Acknowledgment
   By accepting delivery of the Table, the Purchaser confirms that they:

   • Understand the Table is provided as a non-functional kit.

   • Agree to obtain the services of a qualified electrician to inspect and complete all necessary electrical work prior to any use.

   • Accept all responsibility for the safe setup and use of the Table, acknowledging the risks associated with improper or unauthorized electrical connection.

4. Liability Waiver
   The Seller shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the misuse, improper wiring, or unauthorized powering of the Table. The responsibility for safe handling and installation rests entirely with the Purchaser.

By purchasing the item, the Purchaser confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined above.
